{08/04/2010}   Something Really Quick!

Before I go to work, I wanted to say…

I’VE LOST THREE POUNDS!!

I’m active at work (housekeeping), and figured since I do physical work, I would start taking some diet pills and eat right.  I keep my calorie intake under 1600 (or at least do my very best), and take the stairs as much as possible.  Since my weight loss started on August 1st, I have lost three (3) pounds, starting at 217 and am  now down to 214.  I’m coming for YOU, Juliettia!!
